Poor service and no justice served to the people

My dad has been communicating with various people from the Public Protectors Office for over 6 years regarding his case, but it seems as if his cry has been falling on deaf ears. He did get feedback from the Public Protector and everything went quite afterwards. They also advised he has a right to sue SAPS as they sold his van while in their custody. He has files from IPID, Public Protector and the concourt referred us to you guys. His health is deteriorating and your advice on the matter will be highly appreciated.

We have been waiting for feedback over 6 years, these are the people we have been communicating with but 6 years later no valid response or justice being served to the people
