Poor Service

I want to voice out my dissatisfaction of the Gauteng provincial office on my case 7/2-004610/19 held by Mr David Mathe. The first and only communication was dated 12/03/2019 and since from that day I'm kept in the dark about what is happening. I have lodged a case against EKURHULENI with the head office about my claims that are being rejected by EKURHULENI municipality. This people are failing us and this is just the beginning of me exposing what they are doing to the public they are supposed to service. All I want is a fair process. EKURHULENI must pay for my two cars claims,kitchen unit and I want an independent structural engineer who will check if my house standard is not compromised. I've stopped doing any maintenance on the outside of my house as the evidence but they are playing delaying tactics. I'm heartbroken and disappointed with both the office of the Public Protector and EKURHULENI Municipality. I'm based in vosloorus 21750/15 Sefudifudi street Ponong Ext 6.... ***
