Good day I,m from BOKSBURG and having *******ed actions against me in court, civil matter. No one doing nothing to make a fair ,honest, trial

I m a mechanic and a fix a few cars for my friend and enemy now I retain his last car due to a lot of money outstanding He went to his advocate and took me to court saying I been paid and retain his car and not fixed it yet I demand proof of payment and till today nothing,magistrate ignored my request and put a judge against me Now in 2022 attached my son mother cars and trailers to pay court costs One trailer belongs to her brother even We not married I don t have SA ID BOOK NOW because my friend paid in 2017 and 2018 some money into my son mother account for cars been complete repaired, gives them the right to attach her assets Almost all jobs done to him in 2019 never been paid.due to him not carry big amount of cash I manage to open a case 149-8-2023 at saps,struggled since December 2019. Now the register at boksburg court told me he never act wrong or done nothing wrong When he threaten my life verbally in phone call When he sms me saying going to report me to home affairs and saps if I don,t fix his car and give to him When send his friend with gun to scared me and try to take the car without paying When he arrived with unknowed saps to take the car under civil matter They want to arrest me and my baby on 17 of July 2020 corona time and trespassed property and broke the house door When he refused all the way to not be served with small claims court letter by saps When went to my baby mother at work intimidating her if she don,t force me give his car fixed For paying to my baby mother bank account and we never saw any cent in her account(*****,****,*****) And much more All over in court is just *******ion, because what is happening and what they are doing in not constitutional rights. Going to fight for my rights some how, going to be a big impact on charging system. Tony *** I been messed arround for last 2 to 3 years for unfair judges and wrong doings. Than they are saying always needs to be a fair honest justice. Where the bribe coming is where they help.
