BAD SERVICES AT RANDBURG PUBLIC CLINIC

I went to Randburg public clinic on monday the 04th of January 2021 as i was referred by Ramima Moosa for vero rabbies for my child who was bitten by the dog, when i arrive there at the entrance there as a security lady who was giving information about the procedures in the clinic, so i did explain the reason for my visit them she ask one of the nurse who is dealing with family planning he confirmed that there is an injection for that i just need to wait so i waited for almost 7 hours waiting for my daughter to be assisted around 17:05 i went to the consultation room to meet with the sister whos was on duty for the that day to my surprise she told me that they dont have the injection i must go to the hospital aroiund that time then i told her why i was given wrong information she refuse to give me the refferal letter stating that they don t have the injection i told that i was not treated fearly after waiting for the whole day at the clinic our public clinic service is very pathetic i am not imppresed about the service that i have received whereas we have people who are hungry for work something need to be dpone about the whole situation
