Worst institution ever.

I am so angry and disappointed with this institution. i am waiting almost 4 months for reimbur*****t of my fees. I have been to the college numerous times to follow up but each time i get a new excuse or reason. The Campus Manager is never at work or only comes in for an hour or to, so he is never available to assist and they refuse to give out his contact details for any assistance.
