Money Racket

I would like to hereby lay an official complaint of the way PTA College is conducting their business and as such I feel that this is the reason that I did not do as good as I should have and failed the Course. Now due to this fact the college expect me to pay extra money and if I then fail, I need to redo the course. The problem I have with this is that during the past year of college the following points was a concern to me and even though I complained nothing was done about it: Most of the time the Lector or teacher was not even at class. No Notes were given on any of the internal exams. The Last Internal exam (70%) was marked and the whole class did not do so well, so the answers was written on the board and the Lector remarked it. None of any internal tests was discussed afterwards. The Teacher / Lector did not go through all the work. There was never any communication between the student and the lector about classes times, especially when the lector can be there, etc. The Lector was always late for class and then all the work was rushed off and some of it skipped There was just no effort put in by the lector So, judging by the experience I had with Pretoria College. I demand that something drastic needs to be done as I feel that this is a money racket and no care is given.
