Horrible Unproffessional Experience with PsychInsight by Julia Shatalov

PsychInsight Counselling and Assessment provides couselling to adults who have mainly been through traumatic experiences.

I contacted Julia Shatalov via whatsapp and an automated message appeared. I then responded, and she sent a message asking me what service would I like; I then responded by asking 'who am I speaking to,' as I was not sure whether I was speaking to Julia herself or to an assistant.

The following day, I did not get a response. I then followed up with another message, and there was no response from them again.

The next day I tried calling them via whatsapp, the phone rang unanswered, and I left another message.

I have now left about 5 messages on their whatsapp and none of them have been answered.

Imagine desperatley needing help from a psychologist but your messages fall on deaf ears; she is extremely unproffessional and inconsiderate.
