Complaint Regarding Poor Quality – Order 1503
Good morning, I trust you are well. Please note that I placed an order for two Orlando Pirates soccer shirts, order number 1503. Unfortunately, upon receiving the shirts, I was extremely disappointed with the poor quality of the items. The quality is not what I expected based on the products advertised and what I believed I was purchasing. I have already attempted to resolve this matter directly with the supplier and have contacted them on several occasions via WhatsApp and email. Unfortunately, I have received no response or assistance, and my messages have simply been ignored. I would therefore like to formally raise a complaint and request assistance in resolving this matter. I would appreciate either a replacement with shirts of the expected quality or a full refund, as the items received are not satisfactory. I have made reasonable attempts to resolve the issue directly with the supplier without success. Please advise on the next steps and what information or supporting documentation you require from me. I can provide photographs of the shirts as well as proof of my previous communication with the supplier. I look forward to your urgent assistance and response.

Pstore sneakers
I recently bought a takkie from Pstore sneakers.co.za and I received it but as I had received it, it was not the correct order I had purchased and I sent an email to them requesting for an exchange because my order was incorrect, after I returned the parcel back to them, I decided that I don't want the takkie anymore, I want a refund from them and I was in communication with them on WhatsApp***) and on via emails(***) but immediately I asked for a refund, they blocked my number on WhatsApp and my emails are gone with no response and it's been 2 weeks, going for the 3rd week now, here is my order number #1186

Refused Return and Serious Quality Concerns
I purchased two Bafana Bafana jerseys from PStore because the product was described as a Youth Team jersey. After receiving the order, I discovered that the jerseys supp**** were adult sizes. I offered to keep one jersey and return the other unused jersey, but PStore refused to assist. I also noticed loose threads and poor stitching around the collar, which raised concerns about the quality and authenticity of the product. Very disappointing customer service and after-sales support.
