Over billing.

Good day<br> <br> My Name is Mr MBP Khumalo, I own a property in John Ross House Flats in Durban. I defaulted in my levies and my account was handed over to PST Attorneys, because the amount was too high I entered an arrangement that I will pay a monthly fee and they will pend all legal fees until I have payed. But last month I called them to let them know that my payment might clear on the 2 March 2016. I made the payment through internet banking from Capitec to Propell's Nedbank account. But they have added collection fees on the 2 March 2016, when the money was already payed on 1 March 2016. Why did they add collection fees when I called them early to let them know about the situation. They just add legal fees even though I have made arrangements to pay the outstanding amount, they are making it hard for me to finish. I feel I am being taken advantage off and seeking assistance from the SA Consumer Complaints.
