Levy account

Hi. PST Incorporated is collecting levy on behalf Hill of good hope 2 Body corporate. January i was billed for legal fees and I complained, Lynette/Lyzette was assisting me in this regard. After a while i received an email from her, stating that i should ignore the money, and i had already paid. i called and she said they were going to resolve the issue. till today the issue is not yet resolved and its frustrating getting email reminders that i should pay my account. These people listed me and they don't want to write a letter clearing my name. And now getting emails every month that i should pay my account while i know and they know i'm up to date.
