PSSPF Funds Payout

I have app**** for my Provident Fund benefits on the 16 January 2019 and all the documents were submitted to PSSPF. I continued calling them after every month as I was informed that funds take up to three months to be released. The 16 April 2019 was actually 3 months after my application was sent but I did not receive my funds. I contacted the call centre on the 23 April 2019 and was informed that the funds is still with their admin department. I then requested to be transferred to the admin department only to be told that there is no telephones in the admin department. The only feedback I get from the call centre operators is they will escalate the matter to the supervisors or managers.
