Provident Fund claim

Hi I worked for Apcan security and they sold the company to another company for that they ended our contract. I did put in my profident fund claim to psspf. Some of my colleagues did receive their profident fund how ever I haven't received a cent. Each time I contacted them they either did not received all my forms, when I give them the date and which email I send them all off a sudden they have everything and said thay will authorize it I must phone after 15 working days after 15 working days I phone again where they say phone after 15 working day's again. It's been 21 working days now in total what should I do
