Provident fund

I have provident funds that I didn't receive from Psspf dated years ago. Benx helped me to find out that I still have those funds unclaimed. Someone from Salt/Momentum contacted me. However I was told that my provident fund is there but I have not received any money until now. I hope and trust that they will pay me.
