Irritated with PSSPF

My name Clive.B and i have submitted my claim on the 31 August 2018 and until date I have not received anything from PSSPF and every time i try calling them they give me the usual answer that my application was sent to SARS for deduction and they not sure how long it will take and i must call after 10 or 15 days time and as for the durban branch they dont ever answer that phone and Nkosinathi tells you to call the call center there is noting he can do. I would like to know if i will get paid out or is the money GONE!!!
