CAN'T EVEN SENT A STATEMENT

Claim paid in October 2019, but a huge lump was taken by SARS. Have been calling and emailing them for over a month just to get my payment statement emailed to me, so that I can claim the over payment back from SARS, We help protect the people, but who protects us from THESE people?? Who fixes the muck-up at SARS, who REQUIRE this document as proof that I was over-deducted?
