Chinese Junk supplier - PSS Distributors Solar

Paid over R 40 k for a no name brand inverter and 4 no name brand batteries. System worked fine for 3 months, now does not work for 10 minutes. All the excuses under the sun as to why. No warranty on batteries ! Any car battery gets a 1 year warranty in SA ! These people are ******** and I have reported to consumer council. There technician says the 'com port' on the inverter is for safety if there is lightening !! Never heard such nonsense in my life. All the battery cables are different lengths which is a big no no when connecting batteries in series. Stay Away from these people - You WILL be disappointed too.
