PSN attorney-Do What is Right (Refund&act)

In Aug 2014 PSN attorneys apologised for the error they made on my Boulevard Body Corp levy account. They apologised for misplacing money (about R4000) into my levy account 18 months ago in 2012. I did not recall the transaction as it was 18months ago but in good faith I trusted them and believed their error could be genuine. I informed them that I don't have the R4000 immediately but I will increase my monthly levy payments to pay off their error. Whilst I was paying extra on my account and making sure it was settled. I learnt that PSN attorneys took me to court for the error I was paying off. I was Not served with summons for a court case that was held in Mar/Apr 2015. I only found out about this in Oct 2015 when PSN send me a bill for their legal fees (about R3000), by then I had settled their error in my levy account. When I check my credit records I realised that Body Corporate blacklisted me. I owe both companies Nothing but there's a judgement placed on me. I paid PSN attorneys their legal fees for the error they made in my account & a court case they attended alone. I am blacklisted, Body Corp and PSN attorneys don't want to send me 'The Paid Up letter' to clear my name.
