Horrible service ever

never expirence such a horrible service , am in a peocess of selling my late mothers house so we went to PSN so they help us with legal part and registering the property to the new owner , we where told it takes about 7 - 14 working days , only after we have signed the transfers we r now told actally it takes longer . these a lady called Stephnie who is assisting us but hates it when you ask questions . we are treated like they are doing us a favor . we are going for the third month am the one thats doing the follow ups with all the paper work when all they do is to say they r still waiting for feedback . on top of that they want to charge me an extra 3500 to re do the process because my file went missing at the masters court like i had control over such . i do not recommend these attoneys
