Takes your money and doesn't complete the work, doesn't arrive onsite when he says he will, and wants 50% cash up front for work he doesn't complete. We are 2 weeks in on a rewiring job, and they are nowhere near completion.

Calls up when he wants more money, but doesn't show up. We have lost thousands on these **********.
