Bad Service. Waiting for a refund.

Incredibly unhappy with the service I received and will never use or recommend their storage units to anyone! The lady working on the phone has a terrible attitude. I have filled in my refund form and is still waiting today to get my money back. When I spoke to another client of their's the reaction was 'you will never see that money'.
