Very bad service Psira

On 2025/05/18 I app**** to register a business with Psira *** I tried all payment options the only one that worked was the portal with a credit card. I paid an amount of R8500. After several calls(no answer) email *** and ***. I went to Bloemfontein office twice. My payment doesn't reflect at Psira I have given them my card number statement and my sms from African bank. Psira still wants proof of payment from me. The problem is on there side my money is out of my account. Can't register my business because someone is not doing there job. Jacques du Toit ***
