Reception - No Manners

<p>I dont normally do this, but i phoned PSH and the receptionist is just totally rude.</p> <p>Where have you ever heard a company answers the phone "hello" nothing else, ask them to speak to the person i deal with in parts and they dont even say "please hold" nothing, my line obviously went back to reception and the lady just says to me, "phone back he's busy".</p> <p>Then when i phone back, another lady answers the phone "we are already closed and everyone has left" </p> <p>How must one still want to order stock from a company if the people are so rude???????</p>
