EMDP Qualification Outstanding For Full 4 Years

I am NOT sure if I can recommend anyone to study with Milpark Education. I am report this for the second time now. I completed a programme with Milpark in 2016 - EMDP and graduated without a qualification (Highly impossible but with Milpark it was possible) as we were told by the project coordinators that PSETA made some spelling errors on our certificates and that was understandable. But 6 months passed, a year passed, two years passed until I contacted PSETA directly and the lady Kept on saying my certificate (and those of my two colleagues) shows its on the system and she said she will come back to me till today. The reason why I blame Milpark its because a coordinator at Milpark should be the one facilitating the process of ensuring that all students get their qualifications but it seems like she is also clueless. She is been saying we need to submit our ID copies and we did but nothing happened. Its frustrating some of our colleagues received their certificates from the word go but what I about me, what about us? The lady from PSETA said to me she is waiting for signatures but later said to me she made a mistake that wasn't my group.

I can't keep on using Statement of results for 4 years. For a four year duration I am sure my certificate has grown from being a certificate to Honours or Degree.

Please assist this is so unprofessional for both Milpark and Milpark Education
