Misrepresentation. Nondisclosure of important information

Palm Motors 25 Bertrams Road, Gauteng ***

Bought a pre-owned car from this dealer in JHB, they did not give me full information on the vehicle. The vehicle heated and stopped within two weeks of using it. I later discovered that it was previously involved in an accident. This is when I took it in for a check up.

The owner advises that :

* I had 3 days from the day of purchase to report to him any faults on the vehicle. That is a new condition to me. * I should have asked about all vehicle details before buying it. * He also advises that I should have driven the car back to him... The car was not drivable until I had to fix it. I am in Eastern Cape and he is in JHB.

I am stuck with a car that can't be sold / traded in. I tried.
