Bad Service and they don't care about the safety of their clients.

Last year May i damaged my car during riots and my then Insurance Nedbank Insurance used P&S Panelbeaters in Rustenburg to fix my car. The overall service is not bad and i didn't not like the fact that they did not respect none smokers on their permises at all. My car was with them for well over 3 months and they told me that my car was approved for repairs and they started working on it. During the last week of them fixing my car, they forced me to sign a contract that said i was Happy with the service and repairs done on my car. I refused and first and contacted Nedbank Insurance to let them know about my experience with P&S and they told me to sign it and if am not Happy i should phone them.

They fixed front bumper, right fender, replaced my right hand side with an aftermarket headlight and they damaged my hooter, left front electric window and they glued together both mirror adjusters. On the 25th of August i went to collect mt car from them and it was making noise on the front Suspension and i was told to come and fetch it later that day and when i came back it was still not driving nice and i was told by the Insurance to take it back to them and they didn't want to accept it again. I lodged a dispute with the Ombudsman and the Insurance used a new assessor and we discovered that most of the parts that they quoted as fixed on their invoice weren't fixed and they failed to replace tires that got damaged during the incident. They did not put my car on a lift yet i told them that i drove over a pile of tyres filled with rocks which meant that my car has suffered an umder carriage damage. I had to show them a hole on my car that was not quoted on the assessment report and they welded my car without informing the insurance nor charging it for that to show that they were hiding something. A lot needs to be investigated about that place and i have pictures and proof of everything i mentioned here.
