Pryca Property Management Discriminates against tenants

Pryca Property Management is a **** and *****. They claim to be professional and reputable property management company, but they fail dismally at this. They disrespect their black customers and give other customers preferential treatment based on color. Black customers' issues are handled personally and are not taken seriously. You will not be treated equally to other renters of different races if you are a black tenant renting a home maintained/managed by Pryca Property Management.

We have been dealing with Lizelle Vercueil, the property manager, and Ursula, the caretaker, at Johntilly Mews, in Boksburg. Both Lizelle and the Caretaker make life miserable for the tenants at Johntilly Mews. We complained about loud noise and unruly behaviour by some tenants, and were told to leave rather than deal with the unruly tenants. The Caretater, Ursula, seem to show favoritism to her 'friends', as a result, those unruly tenants run rampant as they enjoy the protection of the Caretaker at the expense of peacefule tenants who adhere to body corporate rules. We've been staying at Johntilly Mews for six years but now we're being pushed out and have had enough because of the nonsense this place is turning into.

Pryca Property Management has been biased against black tenants and will make your life difficult if you complain about the loud noise and disorderly behavior. Johntilly Mews is no longer what it once was due to disruptive, loud tenants who are a continual annoyance to other renters who want peace. Nowadays, we hate Johntilly Mews and can't wait to leave this place. It is not worth it anymore.
