PRYCA PROPERTIES ARE A FRUAD.

I'm highly irritated by the Pryca properties. They are so unprofessional and very sketchy when its comes to money and maintenance. I have been staying there for a month now and cant wait for my contact to end.

When you need assistance, they don't respond on time and when I moved into my unit I later found out that they were owing a municipal bill and till this day they didn't pay it in full and expect me to pay for it. Everything about Naledi complex in Newcastle kzn is starting to annoy me. Things are not in order there!!!
