No care for clients and good tenants

Unprofessional and ***********. Both Lizelle Vercueil (she calls herself the regional manager) and Melissa Beukes (Financial Assistant) is full of empty promises and lies. They deduct rent via debit order after you have moved out (account was up to date, so no reason to have done this) and then takes weeks to refund you your rent and deposit. They dont reply on messages, until you threaten them with legal action. You would think the least they would do is apologise, but they are also too good to admit they were wrong. An apology wouldve prevented me from writing this and lodging a complaint with the DHS. Spare yourself a lot of upset, and never rent property from them. (Ngwenya Estate, Brits)
