Legal fees ****

I stay at Naledi flats, they have been charged with legal fees twice of which no letter of demand was sent to me, I am not owing any levies. They are charging levies in advance of which it was never discuss with us as owners. Please help us. They dont want to discuss any matter with us owners. They were charging us water levies of R250 per unit regardless of the size. Their legal fees are are not standard u find that you owning less but they charge you more than the person who owes more.

Please help us to
