Shocking work and theft

Willem van Vuuren from PRW specialists seems like a nice man, softly spoken and initially very responsive to a request for a quote. He will answer all your questions and is patient. His quote seemed prompt, detailed, professional and very reasonable when I received it. But don't be fooled by this. Once I had paid PRW Specialists to do some really basic roofing and paint work on my house the trouble began. Delay after delay when it came to starting the work, really bad communication and then eventually when he did start the work (over a month and a half later), a job that should have taken 5 days max (in his own words) ended up taking him and his team almost 6 weeks to complete. In this time there were numerous issues. His staff stole roofing material and replaced it with old, used material to complete the job, and worst of all her didn't even notice it (or care) until I pointed it out to him. Now that the work is finally complete after much drama, I need to find someone to fix the mess that has been made and basically redo everything. On top of this a few of my personal belongings went missing from my house while his team was here. After numerous promises of reimbursing me for the ****** belongings he still hasn't come to light with the money. Willem and his team are the worst, don't be fooled by his initial prompt and professional ways- this is his MO - trick you and then take you for a ride! Him and his team clearly have no idea what they are doing, and he doesn't care who he employs to work in your house! Stay away from this man! He's a disgrace.
