PRW specialists- in taking your money and running

Beware, PRW came out to quote me on painting and repairing my roof. Willem van Vuuren came to quote me, comes across as professional and sent me a detailed quote. After paying the 50% deposit, and promises of starting the job within the week, almost a month later no job done, cannot ever get hold of him, his secretary, Bianca Harvey, or his sales lady Charlotte. They sent a few e mails promising to start the job but all just lies. I cancelled the job requesting my deposit back, received an e mail that I would receive my deposit back within 14 days, less the 15% charge in their T&C’s, I never received my deposit back. No feedback from them, cannot get a hold of any of them. They are ***********- beware! do not use this company.
