Money taken no service delivred

I had a gate motor done by Remez gate operators, I paid R3500.00 with a 1 year guarantee, 6 weeks later the gate gives me problems, I phone Llewellyn numerous times its been 3 weeks and still no one came out to fix my gate, I phone the office and JP answer the phone I tell him I want to speak to Llewellyn and he says that he is not in the office, then JP says but it is 70 km from our workshop which should not be an issue as he was quick enough to fix my gate take the money and say 1 year guarantee, and no service was delivered.
