Prudential life policies

I have been trying to redeem my mother’s policies, as offered by Prudential. Every time I phone I get different people who seem not to know how to manage this process. I have sent registered mail with documentation as required, plus posted extra information as required, but the links and follow through are not happening. One wonders if they actually don’t care about their elderly customers.
