Where is the business ethics?

Big complain about unprofessional service i got from prudential fin inc. I app**** for a loan that they granted. Got the approval letter stating to pay 1200 rand. No problem with that. But been previously burnt, I ask only to continue with it if there is no additional charges before releasing the funds. So they did carry on. I paid the 1200 rand. 2 hours later they ask me for a additional 1800 rand. That is exactly what I dint want to happen.i had a budget. That's why I made sure about the fees. But they where not budging at all, no help no excuses. I dint have more funds. What if I paid the 1800 and the ask me some more money after that? I don't think that is fair business practice. Now I'm out of 1200 rand and no loan.
