Prozone security systems

Myself and my husband employed the services of Pro zone security system to install alarm system. We paid the director upfront.

Mr S Bogale the director of the company was unprofessional throughout his services. We paid him infront but his professionism was shocking. He would sometimes not answer calls and not come irrespective of he fact that he would say he would come. He would then make excuses of his car which is broken down or excused that He did not get certain cameras and all excuses in the world.

He would also take our old cameras and out them in his car to leave with them and when asked he would say it was a mistake The director is very umprofession and is not trust worthy. Trade carefully with him and his poor services.

Started the project of just install alarm and 8 cameras 3 weeks ago and is still ot done due to excuses. I would advise not to use his services and rather use someone more professional and efficient
