Money theft/ poor customer service/ threatening
STOLE MY MONEY
I placed an order worth R850 about 6 months ago and I got no reply or any communication back from them, I have the statement and the proof of payment and they still refuse to send me my money back, I tried bargaining and told him he doesn't have to refund me if he had the clothes I would have liked to purchase but told me they were put of stock so I told him a refund will do. I've been speaking to this guy for 2 months now on getting my money back and I will now take legal action against this ********

13 Jun 2023, 14:43I have also been told I would be blocked if I asked for my money back and also been insulted by this so called company owner called Paul, he has no human decency and can't talk to people in a good manner, He is an absolute disgrace to the retail industry and I will see that legal action is taken against him and his company
