Untrue feedback regarding property
On 26 November 2015, I saw a property that caught my eyes on the internet and the contact agency happened to be Proximity. I sent an e-mail right away wherein a person by the name of Pulane Khoza responded immediately. I was given all the information I needed, and was told that I would be contacted regarding viewing as they need to make proper arrangements. There was complete silence thereafter from the agency, so on 1 December 2015 at 10:18am, I decided to contact them again. I was informed that the property is still available and that my details are saved for viewing purposes and that I would be contacted for viewing. All of a sudden at 15:33 on the same day (1 Dec 2015), I receive an e-mail from Pulane Khoza informing me that the property is no longer available, and she attached a list of other available properties.

I don't know who's fooling who and what games the agency is playing but I am not impressed at all because my husband I were excited, had all the money needed, and were looking forward to making the flat at Monument Park our new home. If this is the kind of service that Proximity offers to their clients, then I am not interested in any further engagements with them
