Statement Request for unit 8 Berghill complex
Good day
Please urgently assist I’ve logged a request for statements, however I have not received the statement yet and I am unable to send the bill to the tenant so that the tenant can pay levies.
Please note I am residing in the USA and I’m unable to call them directly because of the time difference.

Please urgently assist with the below dispute sent to proximity prop for an investigation to be done on a noise complaint.

Subject: Re: Berghill Unit 8 Good day, I acknowledged the letter but we are disputing the fact that the letter was not sent to us in June 2021 and was only sent now after disputing the complaint that we were not aware of. As previously mentioned we are in a pandemic and due to this pandemic it’s impossible that there was a noise complaint because the tenant is either by her boyfriend or alone at home. The only time the tenant had a visitor was in March 2021 If there is no proof of the letter being sent in June we should get a refund of R500. RegardsSimone Chan Sam

The following statement was sent to : sim.......170@gmail/com on the 17/9/2021 and opened on the 4/10/2021. Please confirm that this email.is correct.
