Sold my sectional title property and it registered on Dec 4th and I requested the management agent to close my account but they refused and said they will see next year. The reason they didn't want to close my account is one due to the fact that they discriminate and also they don't care even after I explained that I need the money. On the 17th I received an incorrect statement they have not been forthcoming about the closing of my account.
