Worst service ever

The worst service ever. Letmore does not answer his calls. He short supp**** our order, admitted that the balance of diaries on his premises. Said he would courier to us and did not. Has not answered one call since then. This was part of a very large order and his attitude caused that we did not get payment as the order was short supp****. The order is now running 4 weeks late. Bad bad attitude, lies, broken commitments. We are still waiting 5 weeks later... The story goes on...
