Proxel International T/A DIARIES FOR SALE very bad service

They are ridiculous! This is the first time ordering from them, but I will NEVER buy from them again.

We are resellers of corporate gifts. WE had an urgent order for diaries and Proxel International T/A DIARIES FOR SALE promised within 7 to 10 working days after approval. We had to pay upfront, which was done on 22/11/2021. My customer needed them before the 4th of December 2021, and Proxel International T/A DIARIES FOR SALE promised that that is no problem.

Since we ordered it was a bumpy ride. They are quick to receive the money, but they are very bad in replying, to such an extend that we don't get any answer any more, not on email, not on whatsapp...

Now my customer wants a refund...
