MY PERMANENT EMPLOYMENT STATUS

I've never worked for this company but according to department of labour I have been since 1st December 2018. I called and asked to speak to the HR but they kept giving me other people to call. It's November 8th 2020. I e-mailed the company to tell them about my problem on the 6th November 2020 and Kettie Kawalewale told me that they have removed me from their system end of February 2019 and then gave me a number to contact for additional information. Why was I put as employed on their system in the first place because I'm still employed currently with them according to the department of labour.
