Bad service from Provision.

Goodday I would like to lay a complaint about this specific company in Bryanston the service we got from them because we were from Soweto was just a disastrous experience, these guys have been calling me for months now offering me free traveling vouchers for me and my partner to their respective hotels and they were very persuasive about and I finally accepted the offer only to find out that they don't take couples from the township and they busy calling everyday asking where I stay and when can I come collect the voucher, we then decided to go with my partner only to be rejected because we're from a township which they didn't have a problem with while they were calling and I was called by a guy by the name of (Calvin), they sent me an email saying I can go home and the voucher will be activated in 7 days time I got that email on the 16th of October a d I tried registering the reference numbers they gave but it doesn't exist imagine taking my time driving all the way from Soweto to Bryanston for nothing I'm really disappointed in their stupid service please kindly help wherever you can with these guys.
