Exceptional service and top quality specticles from Provision Optomitrists, Parys - Free State.

Though overdue, I would like to express my greatest thanks and appreciation to Provision Optomitrists in Parys (Free State), for their exceptional customer service!

I have needed prescription spectacles since 1985 and had new spectacles made at Providion, in October 2022.

I confirm that during my interaction with Provision, their service and products were of the highest standard and quality.

All applications and approvals, were processed with my medical aid by Provision, without any hassle or fuss.

From scheduling the appointment, for my eye tests, to the manufacturing and fitting of my new spectacles, was a speedy and seamless process.

All eyetests were done by specialists/optomitrists, with the latest equipment, which made the process quite easy.

I was further mpressed by Provision's variety of frames, includung designer/branded frames, and found my perfect frame, in no time.

Once the spectacles were fitted, no further adjustment/s were needed, which was a first for me.

I confirm that, due to my challenges with sight/vision, I require special lenses.

My specticles/lenses were manufactured, perfectly, and of the highest quality, without flaws or need for adjustment/s.

As an added bonus, Provision also included, tested sunglasses, at a nominal fee.

I have, and will always, recommend Provision, Parys, for eye tests, contact lenses or new specticles.
