Disgusting service
What a horrible day when I went to Mtubatuba to service my car and to also check the orange engine shaped light that had appeared when I turn on the light. Drove from Mkuze which is 1h30minutes I got there at 8:30 to be welcomed by a friendly lady called Melanie...left the car and was told that I would be contacted via my cellphone when the car is ready...I waited 6 hours to get a call to say I must come and get the car but the driver is in dbn so I must walk so I was like ok cool ill walk...got there at 3pm and paid the R1540 and was given the key. Got to my car the orange engine shape light is still on..go back inside to ask did they check the light.A lady called Zefra screamed for the technician to ask him to go outside with me to look at the light....ok so I figured after 6 hours they didnt look at the light they serviced the car only. Ok so the oldish guy walks outside with me but as soon as he is outside the door he stands and not walks to the car...He know they didn't look at the light. He than tells me they dont have the machine for that light..their manager is gone to get it at Richards bay which is 1h30min away Mtuba. He tells me I must wait a little bit for the manager to come with the machine . I asked to speak to the lady I had made the booking with. Her name is Zefra. I asked her why in the first place they made me drive all the way from Mkuze 1h30min but they didnt have the resources to service my car. I told them I bought in the car at 8:30 they should have checked the light out and see whether they have the machine or not than go to Richards bay while its still early so that my car will be done sooner. I was so upset with that coz already it was 3 oclock and I had to wait for the manager (his name is Franz) to come back from Richards bay..I realized that I would go back to Mkuze late..I would be dark and N2 does not have street lights..I was so upset I couldn't even word out my frustration I just cried. I've never been treated like this before. It hurt really bad. Especially coz I paid for the service. At 4pm Franz arrived from Rbay and right away demanded me to take the car away..he said "mem im sorry for what happened" . But as a person when a,person is apologizing and they are sincere u can feel it. Franz was not sincere. He took the car, five minutes later send a technician to give the car keys back to me. He didn't come to me to tell me what he fixed or what cozed the management light. I ask Melanie to ask him. He tells her its because I filled petrol :( I mean i fill petrol and that light doesn't come on. I get the feeling he just removed the light without fixing the car. He wanted me to get out of their faces. Otherwise he could of had a proper answer as to why the car had that light not that I had filled petrol. This was my fourth car service that I did in Mtubatuba ,the other 3 I had done in pmb...ive never been treated this way. I am highly upset shame..and I just wonder how many people are treated like how I was treated at Pronvicial Motors Mtubatuba? Im still not convinced my car was serviced properly but I did pay R1540. Horrific service I recievded.
