Chevrolet Cruz LS 1.6 Terrible service

We bought this Chevrolet Cruz, demo model, in January 2016 with 27 000 kms on the clock. All serviceses has been done on time at the dealership; Provincial Motors, Richard Bay. The audiometer stand now on 89 000 km.

BREAKS: The rear brakes had a noise from the start and we compained about that from the begining. They took the car to see what was wrong, but nothing changed. On the 40 000 km services they told us that the rear break discs had to be replaced, which has been done. Since then we are complaining about the breaks that's still making that noise and the breaks don't release on time. They took the car several times up till now and still they can't disolve the probleme.

LEAKING ANTI FREEZE / COOLENT: When we start complaining the leaking probleme, they first replaced the O-rings, and fitted the wrong size O-rings which made the car leaking even faster. We then had to leave the car for a few days with them to get the right O-rings. Then the car started leaking anti freeze again and we had to leave the car there again as they had to wait for pipes to be couriered to them which took about three days. Then the car started leaking anti freeze again, they told us it was the top pipes which needs to be replaced and a pressure test had been done, we waited 3 days again for them to get the pipes and fit it. After all that the car is still leaking anti freeze and even a lot more than the previous times.

This is only but a few times we are writing about. we had complaining numerous times in the nearly 3 years we have this car and nothing has been done to get it right or still they can't get hold of the problemes. The car is still in warrenty and it seems to us that they play for time now. We aren't happy with the sevice of this company at all.

We want to go on holiday on the 22nd of December 2018, but with these problemes we can't do so. We want a new vehicle of our choice to take us safely to our destination and back.

We will appreciate it if you will take this under serious consideration to solve the probleme.
