chev corsa utility 1.4 s****
I baught a 2015 chev ute 1.4 from provincial motors Richards bay. From day one I had problems with the van. The dealership never did their point inspection on it and as a result (wich I only found out later) my lighter adaptor , water sprayer on windscreen and cabin light doesnt work. If this dealer inspected this viacle before hand thry would have found these defects. I baught it as a demo so when i called GM motors Richards bay I was asked why I never reported it within the first week. Well they do have a point here but then again i thought a dealership selling a demo would of inspected it. I had multiple problems when i had to service the van. They sell a service plan wich needs to be activated and pre aproved wich they dont tell you about. Then on the day you want to service your van they come with this story. I had to screem and swear to get my van serviced and the manager paid and said he would refund himself if the policy pays out. Overall provincial motors richards bay has a bad client care , very very bad after sales , they do not deliver what they promise. Dont be fooled by the piece of mind dealership saga. Moving on to my van. Its aircon at the feet does not blow on the feet it rather blows into the dash. When traveling its air vents leaks the cold air into the cabin. When turning fully to one side it makes a terible "clank" sound as if the boll joints are broken. The steering is very very hard to turn even while driving as if the power steering pump is broken. The gearboks sometimes refuses to take 5th gear. I reported all this to provincial motors richards bay and was told this is the way the van is designed from a rude technical department. If this is true chev will never see my hard earn money again. This bakkie is very bad. Ontop of all my faults its a fuel gobbler it doesnt have a turning circle , the clutch is as hard as a mk1 golf and its wind screen water sprayer doesnt work and when it works only takes 500ml. Not only will i never ever spend anything at provincial motors , I will never ever again buy a cheverolette. Please do not make the big mistake i made and buy a chev corsa utility 1.4 and especialy not at provincial motors richards bay.
