At some time in August, a lady by the name of Phamela Ndlovu phoned<br />our telephonist Shelley and told her that our subscription for the<br />Johannesburg White Pages is due.<br />2. On MY instruction, Shelley was asked to confirm that this was for the<br />NORMAL WHITE PAGES DIRECTORY and was obviously told a blatant lie,<br />informing her that it was.<br />3. She was also told that because she was renewing, she would get a ‘free<br />online service’<br />4. We have now been informed that this account is for the ELECTRONIC<br />DIRECTORY (WHICH IS NOT WHAT WE WOULD HAVE AGREED TO)<br />5. In view of the above, we believe that the Provincial directory telesales<br />personal are either trained to misinform their prospective clients or<br />expressly pass themselves off as a different entity, in order to make a sale<br />6. We have no intention of paying for this service and instruct you to<br />CANCEL IT WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT</p> <p> </p> <p>We are now been phoned monthly, for collection of debt that we should not be held responible for, due to telephonw *****. Why, should we be held responsible for paying for LIES. Emails have been sent back and forth without any joy.</p>
