Provincial Directories/ITC Summons

Does anyone have any input to give on Provincial Directories and their supposed debt collection agency ITC Summons? Are they even legitimate? No listed phone numbers for either and one gets no replies to emails sent to the addresses listed on their own demand emails. All sounds very suspicious and *****. If anyone else has had any "success" in getting rid of them, I look forward to your comments please!
