<p>misleading information to clients please be careful</p> <p>i have been doing research on the company and most of the clients are unhappy with the way they do their business.</p> <p> </p> <p>1.. they call with a private number of which it cannot be traced back for proof of what they actually say to the client for them to quickly sign the papers/contract.</p> <p> </p> <p>2. they called us during november 2016 asking if we received the document they send and if we could please sign and return it back to them urgently .we didnt do so they kept calling and annoying us ,i kindly asked if this was the same as the telkom yellow pages then we do not need it the sales agent was so quick to say it doesnt matter we needed to sign anyway and we signed the paper because we wanted them off our back .the lady was just in a rush of making a sale and getting commission out of it they didnt even make sure we understood the small prints .we cant always assume that all clients can read .</p> <p> </p> <p>3. within 2 weeks they called demanding the payment arrangements of a 2 year contract</p> <p>4. send them couple of emails which they didnt even reply to ,to cancel the advert before month end november.</p> <p>5. they didnt send us art work to approve the advert ,not even an example to show how the advert would be like ,what if our company logo had changed?but the went ahead with the ad which they found our company logo on the website,meaning they did copy and paste.ilegal advertising.</p> <p>6. now we been handed over to legal collections .they call every now and again demanding us to pay .</p> <p>thinking of taking this further as they were also quick to take us to their legal collections</p>
